Katy & Russell celebrate their Engagement!
Katy Perry, Russell Brand and fifty of their closest friends celebrated the couple’s New Year’s Eve engagement with a party at Il Cielo on Wednesday night.
At the romantic Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, the couple, dressed in matching black, enjoyed plenty of drinks (of the non-alcoholic kind for Russell) and cake.
